Alan Varin
Owner and Lead Recruiter
Alan has been recruiting for over 20 years and in business management for 30 years. In 2009, he started LM2 with his wife Dianna. Alan’s entrepreneurial drive continues to grow the business and help form new partnerships within the recruiting industry. Always one to be involved in community work, Alan is a proud member of the Wilson Chamber of Commerce and will be participating in the Chamber Executive Academy for a year long commitment to enrich our community. Alan prides himself on always going the extra mile for his clients and candidates, as well as his commitment to being honest and having integrity in everything he does. In his personal time, Alan enjoys taking care of DIY home projects, car repairs, and antiquing.
Dianna Varin
Owner, Accountant and Recruiter
Dianna has been in corporate accounting for 30 years and recruiting for 5 years. In 2009, she started LM2 with her husband Alan. Dianna’s accounting and administrative skills assist in running the day to day operations and keeping sound financial records. Dianna’s kind and personable nature is always welcomed and appreciated by clients and candidates alike, and her organizational expertise and attention to details allows for a smooth running office. In her personal time, Dianna enjoys cooking, photography, and home decorating.
