With 20+ years in recruiting and 30 in management, Alan launched LM2 with his wife Dianna in 2009. His entrepreneurial spark keeps the business growing and fuels new industry partnerships. He is a proud member of the Wilson Chamber of Commerce. He’s diving into the Chamber Executive Academy. He wants to give back and strengthen the community. Known for going the extra mile, Alan leads with honesty, integrity, and a people-first approach. Off the clock, you’ll find him knee-deep in DIY projects, tinkering with cars, or hunting for antiques.

Owner and Accountant
Dianna has been in corporate accounting for 30 years and recruiting for 5 years. In 2009, she started LM2 with her husband Alan. Dianna’s accounting and administrative skills help in running the day to day operations and keeping sound financial records. Dianna’s kind and personable nature is always welcomed and appreciated by clients and candidates alike. Her organizational skill and attention to details allow for a smooth running office. In her personal time, Dianna enjoys cooking, photography, and home decorating.
