Alan has been recruiting for over 20 years, in 2009 started LM2 with his wife Dianna. Alan, enjoys DIY projects at home, is a proud member of the Wilson Chamber of Commerce and has always been involved with the community that he’s lived in. Alan, prides himself on being known to go the extra mile for both his clients and candidates and always offering honesty and integrity in everything he does.

Dianna Varin
Owner and Accountant
Dianna has been in corporate accounting for 30 years and recruiting for 5 years. In 2009, she started LM2 with her husband Alan. Dianna’s accounting and administrative skills assist in running the day to day operations and keeping sound financial records. Dianna’s kind and personable nature is always welcomed and appreciated by clients and candidates alike, and her organizational expertise and attention to details allows for a smooth running office. In her personal time, Dianna enjoys cooking, photography, and home decorating
